Guests have one bedroom with a double bed, lounge and open plan kitchen which has a sofa bed which guests 3 and 4 can share. The bathroom has a power shower and toilet.

The apartment enjoys a sea view. Please note that whilst Paignton Promenade is being upgraded to include new sea defences, improved paving and seating areas, new landscaping and new kiosk areas some of the sea views may be slightly obscured. This is only a temporary thing and the end result projections look amazing.
The Apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via a staircase only.
You have your own kitchen, lounge (with sofa bed), bedroom and shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and a range of plates, cups, glasses and kitchen utensils.
The fast internet is via a superb WiFi connection. You can access your Netflix account via our TVs.
All linen is provided.
